Students will receive lecture, demonstration and hands-on experience on the design and construction of a baritone Ukulele. While the neck and fingerboard will be pre-made the students will build the rest of the ukelele from the ground up. Students will also learn intermediate-advanced top voicing techniques where they will learn to tune the frequency of the sound box.
This class is open to the public.
Students will receive instructions from Michael Collins. Michael is a Roberto-Venn graduate and wrote the book titled “Bulding a Selmer-Maccaferri Guitar”. http://collinsguitar.com/
