Pickup Winding Workshop

Students will receive lecture, demonstration and hands-on experience on the design and construction of custom pickups. Students will complete a minimum of one single coil and one humbucker pickup, which they will keep.

This class is open to the public.

Standard Version: $500
Includes lecture, hands on, and material costs for two pickups (there’s a variety of styles to choose from).

Premium Version: $1050
Includes everything in the standard option, plus a Mojotone pickup winder. These winders sell for $600 ($50 Savings)

Instructor

Students will receive comments and insights from Rob Timmons. Rob is a Roberto-Venn graduate and noted pickup making expert from Arcane Pickups in Los Angeles, CA.

Lodging

For those coming from out of state:  You can drive in or fly in and stay at hotels within walking distance to the school.  Fly in on a Friday night and stay at a hotel, then fly out Sunday night after the class finishes at 5:00 pm.  I suggest Ubering to and from the airport and Staying at one of these hotels:
