Pickup Winding Workshop

Students will receive lecture, demonstration and hands-on experience on the design and construction of custom pickups. Students will complete a minimum of two pickup builds which they will keep, and the cost of the pickups is included in the price of the class. In some cases, time permitting students may have the option to build additional pickups but the materials for any additional pickups will be charged to the student.

The pickup build options are as follows:

Humbucker
Single Coil – Tele
Single Coil – Strat
P90
P-Bass
Jazz Bass

Students will select the two pickups they wish to build in the application process.

This class is open to the public.

Standard Version: $500
Includes lecture, hands on, and material costs for two pickups (there’s a variety of styles to choose from).

Premium Version: $1050
Includes everything in the standard option, plus a Mojotone pickup winder. These winders sell for $600 ($50 Savings)
